[Node.js][Web Apps] http request for json file on website, 404 file not found, but it is there! RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a  site on azure. It's an angular2 app, where azure serves up index.html, which then brings down all the dependencies client side.  From there, I do an http get, to the same azure site for a configuration file. I get a The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable

the file does exist at the location.

So I made the site's directory browsable, and I can see and browse to the directory/file.  When I double-click on it, it get the same message; although, not a 404.  So this tells me it's not my app at all and is an azure thing.

So what's up?  Is there something I need to configure?
