Migrate to use DMA targeting

Question

Hi,

We are running into some issues when trying to migrate metros to DMAs targeting using the mapping file provided from your blog post. What should we do with those metros (e.g. Auburn, AL US) that are not included in the mapping file?  Additionally, there are some records in the mapping file where only  the state and country code components are specified (e.g. ", MN US" maps to "Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN, MN US"). What are those suppose to mean?

Please advice.

We are in the process with updating the spreadsheet and blog post, which will answer your questions. This update was originally planned for December 2012, but was delayed. The blog post was also updated. The metros that are not included specifically in the mapping file means that it is a new metro.
