You do not have access - Azure Active Directory RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I get the message You do not have access when I try to access Azure Active Directory, but my boss doesn't and can access fine, how can he give me access?

Also how do we find out the global admin account?

    Thanks

  • Are you getting this error "Access denied. You do not have access Looks like you don't have access to this content. To get access, please contact the owner."?
Try to login to the old portal - https://manage.windowsazure.com/ and then access your directory.

  • You need to assign the co-admin as global administrator with using account admin user. Log in to new Azure Portal by using the account with Global Administrator permission for Azure AD. Navigate to the Azure Active Directory extension, from the Users and Groups tab, search for the external account, and change the Directory Role to Global Administrator.

  • Hello,

How do we find out the owner?

If I use that first link I get  No subscriptions found.

I will try that second link with my bosses account.

  • Looks like I'm an owner (co-administrator), I thought that would be enough to have access to the Azure Active Directory section?
