There are tons of options and different third party libraries need different treatments. So unless you talk about a specific library, it is impossible to give useful suggestions.

generally you check with the vendor if a .net core or .net standard version is available. If not, you will need to find a replacement library.

Log4Net and NHibernate both support .net core.
