Can't start debug application on device

Question
-
Hello.
In friday I debugged application on working device. Today I can't do it:
"Error : DEP6100 : The following unexpected error occurred during bootstrapping stage 'Connecting to the device '30F105C9-7C086EAD8A4E'.': DeviceException - Deployment failed because no Windows Phone was detected. Make sure a phone is connected and powered on."
I tried to unlock device for developing, but I can't do it because "Service IpOverUsbSvc doesn't start."
But it works. And I tried to restart it.
Application "Phone Companion" see this device and show free space, battery status, etc.
OS: Windows 10
Why knows what happen?
It's second case for me. First case was with my private device.Monday, April 4, 2016 10:40 AM

Hi Pizhon,

Could you please tell us what is your OS/App/Visual Studio version?
