disable ListView animations when updating items

I have a ListView with a WinJS.Binding.List object holding the data. I am pushing and popping objects from the list, but don't want to see any animations when items are added or removed or when the whole list is updated.

Similar to this question http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winappswithcsharp/thread/e7b6b664-c4f8-4ebf-83a2-02751041ef5c but I am using Javascript.

Hey Poker,

I believe the answer is no. You could drill into the UI.JS and try and hack that up but I don't think there is a way to flip a switch and turn this off. I am checking with the guys that built the control though and will update you.
