    The instruction at "0xXXXXXXXX" referenced memory at "0xXXXXXXXX", The memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate the program.  Message shows after downloading Smarttech Notebook 11.  when Smart Notebook is opened Toolkit 2.0 is missing!  I dont know if the two are related.  I need help!

    According to your description,I suggest that you can try to uninstall previous version and then install  Smart Notebook 11.
