  • When you say "dump and restore" do you  mean backup and restore ? Can you please elaborate more on the business scenario here .

  • Thanks , As we understand  you need to migrate  MySql DB to Azure using ADF . Well we do not have  any code sample in Python , but you can use the copy tool to do the work . Please have a look on this  . In the blog they do talk about SQL Server , but it should work with mysql also . 

    You can also use ADF UI for authoring the logic , I suggest you to please look into this document 

    Since you are migrating the data from in-premise to Azure you also need to install IR . Please read about this here .
