Getting error in Crystal Report (Version:10.5.3700) installed in IIS8 (Windows8 server)

Hi,

My application is using dot net framework 4.0. While i am trying to generate the report the data not get printed.There  is no any issue in db level.The same application working in other servers without any errors. There is any compatibility issue is there in between crystal report 10.5.3700 and IIS8 ? Could any one help me to sort out this issue.

From your description above, I don't think this is compatibility issue between crystal report 10.5.3700 and IIS8.

For this issue, I’d like to suggest you to enable the failed Request Tracing in IIS, this will give us some hint on why a request has failed, and check log files in C:\inetpub\logs\FailedReqLogFiles.

Hi Angie,

Thanks for your valid response. As per your suggestion i have checked the C:\inetpub\logs\FailedReqLogFiles. but there is no any log file exists under this folder. I have updated crystal report to 13.0.2. But facing same issue. In below link i have explained the error in detail.

Hi,

      you just copy your crystal report dll files to bin folder.
