Are the Real-time Communications (RTC) APIs present on Vista

Hi there,

Are the Real-time Communications (RTC) Client APIs, e.g. IRTCClient http://windowssdk.msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms775463.aspx, going to be available on Vista? They don't seem to be present in Beta 2.
