Are there any quotas in regards to the number of batch accounts per subscription? I had manually created one account in the web portal, then went to create another one via a resource manager template, and it errored with:
The regional account quota for the specified subscription has been reached.
I then deleted the first account, redeployed with the template and it worked. I then went back into the web portal and tried to create another batch account and that indicated that it failed too.
Is there some default limit of 1 batch account per subscription?
