How to Add a ReportViewer Report programmatically to VB.Net Project (Using RDLC File, MySQL) RRS feed

  • Question

  • How can I create a Report in vb.net project using rdlc with mysql database.

I don't wanna use data wizard but create it programmatically. Some of the tutorials i have searched were using msacces, wizard and drag and drop. Does anyone here have tutorials for it?

  • The best article I've seen is in C# and should be easy enough to follow but that is with understanding the structure and hierarchy of the report API. Basic break down is to use the API in VB.NET, the expressions are done in VBAish code.
