Question

If i typed 20 lines of data in textbox. while it getting saved into database it should split into 2 lines and get saved in column.

What determines where the lines and columns split.  Do you have an CR or delimiters between fields like commas?  Where is the source of the data in the textbox? Is it manually typed or from other data source?

manually typing text as 20 lines into textfield. while it is saving in database it should split 2 lines accordingly and get sved in database
