TripleState activated even though set to False (German problem?) RRS feed

  • Question

  • I develop templates for my company and, only in our German office, the users are seeing a check box in one of the userforms showing as greyed-out by default, i.e. with a value of Null.  This is despite its TripleState property having been set to False.  Unfortunately my code therefore falls over just for them because it needs either a True or a False from this check box.

We all still have Word 2002 sp3 (would you believe!) so it's not a version issue.  I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this and hopefully has a solution?

  • Give us a fighting chance!!

A checkbox on your userform shows a value you didn't expect - some code, or the source of the datum, or anything at all to go on??? please.

    Enjoy,
