Faster development option

Question

Hello, I am a student aspiring to be an MSP. I got to know about the
program very late, so I am late. I want to know what kind of development
is easier to learn and faster out of HTML5 and C#/XAML for Windows
store or Win Phone Store apps? What apps out of three: Win Store, Win
Phone Store and Office are easier to develop? And what about games using gaming engines? Is it faster then app development. I know C++, Java and
fundamentals of C# and HTML as well. Please reply. Thank you.
