    I have recently received a query about restoring WordPress website backup on Windows Server while restoring the backup files I there were some errors in utf mysql. I have use multiple WordPress backup plugins and after several attempts it remain same. Not sure about the Windows Server which is causing this issue.

    how is this related to IIS?

    Anyway, a wordpress site to restore is basically files to restore to a directory and a database dump. Try again with a standard mysql dump to be restored.

    Can you be more specific with "there were some errors in utf mysql". What errors? What charset do you have in source and in destination?
