Registry preference policies not applying to Office key

Question

Hi all!

I have a weird bug, or maybe it is function-as-designed without me knowing.

We push Outlook addins with registry preference policies.

When I have a FSLogix Office Container enabled for user, these registry keys/values doesn't get applied.

This only happens on HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office KEY. 

If I remove the Office container and login again the keys/values are applying correctly.

Did you find a solution? Have the same issue
A gpupdate will set the key, at logon it seems to lock the key by redirection of ODFC
