Hello,
on this page I have read, that MS offers special Signing service without need of HLK results.

According to instructions, I have created required cab file and tried to get file signed from service.
Submission failed cause of missing HLK test results.
- How is this service supposed to work?
- Is there a way how get driver signed without HLK package?
