Click event on Clipboard RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am implementing some code that happens on the copy and paste commands (via repurposing), which is going well. However, I realized that if users just click on whatever they want to paste from the clipboard, the paste event does not get triggered. (Same goes for special paste options, like paste without formatting)

Are there any other events I can listen to to catch those cases?

    Thanks for any help,

    Michael

  • Hi Michael,

Thank you for posting in the MSDN Forum.

There are no clipboard-related events in Office Object model.

    Hope it helps.

  • Hi Quist,

thanks for the answer, I figured as much. I guess there is also no event for detecting changes in a document on the fly.. (meaning whenever something changes, the event gets fired.)

    Thanks,

    Michael
