  • Does the website works from Browser in Windows Phone Device?

Windows Phone only accepts HTTPS connections with a trusted certificate. Make sure the certificate used by the webite hasn't expired and matches the domain name. If it's self-signed, you need to install it manually on your phone.

  • Hi DevWP,

In addition to Khanna Gaurav's suggestion, I would suggest you checking the official HttpClient sample: https://code.msdn.microsoft.com/windowsapps/HttpClient-sample-55700664

Because it works in Emulator, so I would suggest you checking the connectivity on real device for this Https website. If possible, you can provided the sample URI for troubleshooting.
