How is the string giving you the data?  Is it comma delimited?  You could use a formview control ( assuming they work on the mobile framework ..havent got around to it yet).  You could just make your string a collection and set its source to the collection.  You could then set properties on each entry in the list to have a link attribute around it.

Scroll down and check out the mobile link.

    Thanks Eric,

I have a long string which contains container ids and container names like   23|DS Yellow Box|89|GT Greay Box and so on. What I need to do is dispaly these so that it displays container  names for the user but when user click on it, it passes container is to another page?

    How can I do this?

    Thanks again,

Asp.net 2.0 easily supports transfering anything to another page.
