    The error message is to general, it would be helpful if you could share us more information.

    1. Did you get this exception at client side or service side?

    2. Did you host service in IIS or selfhost like windows service?

    3. Did you receive this error some time or all the time?

    4. What is the binding for service?

    5. Is the service running while you got this error?
