Control Panel Folder Options RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm having trouble getting the Folder Options button in Control Panel to work. When I click on it, nothing happens. If I open a folder in Windows Explorer, press F10 then click Tools/Folder Options, the Folder Options dialog is displayed.

Any thoughts why this doesn't work from Control Panel? I have replaced the standard Windows Shell with my own custom shell. Could this have something to do with it? Or am I missing a package?

  • The only thing that comes to mind is the two primitive components:

    Primitive: Browseui

    Primitive: Browselc

Try adding both of these to your image.

  • No, that wasn't it. Thanks for trying. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my custom shell.
