You need to update the Package.appxmanifest utility because it gives many problems with the images. We need to meet very strict requirements and it is always giving problems because it does not do its job to scale images keeping the size within the limits and without giving problems with the references from the Package.appxmanifest file to names that do not contain the word Scale.

There are compressors that work online reducing the size of the images generated by Visual Studio by 75%, but the program is responsible for adding problems such as not recognizing that all the requested images are present and continuing to insist on causing errors.

It brings me the way I have to replace the images because it fails its size, 200kb for all resolutions?
If you can not generate the 1080x1080 images with 200kb it is because you need an update.
