Trying to download the installation file

I am trying to download the installation file for the Time Tracker Starter Kit and by following the links I get the file Time.vsi !  What kind of file is this? Is this corret or their is simply a mistake?

It is for those using Visual Studio. Simply rename the extension to .ZIP and then unzip it.
