Dashboard account associated with the wrong company in sysdev.microsoft.com RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I need to associate my business email address to the company account in sysdev.microsoft.com.

    However, I mistakenly associated my business email address to the wrong company.

    Now when I log in sysdev.microsoft.com it(dashboard page) always says "Your user account is pending approval by your company's administrator" but my company's administrator just doesn't see this request under his account.

    What could I do to make sysdev.microsoft.com reset my user account association so that I could re-select the company account?

    I tried calling Microsoft support but so far none of them knows the answer.
