Dashboard account associated with the wrong company in RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I need to associate my business email address to the company account in

    However, I mistakenly associated my business email address to the wrong company.

    Now when I log in it(dashboard page) always says "Your user account is pending approval by your company's administrator" but my company's administrator just doesn't see this request under his account.

    What could I do to make reset my user account association so that I could re-select the company account?

    I tried calling Microsoft support but so far none of them knows the answer.
