SQL server auto backup (but to script not to .bak) RRS feed

    Hi all,

As far as I see SQL backups take lots of space however script backups take only 1/10 of it.

    Therefore I want to use <g class="gr_ gr_13 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="13" data-gr-id="13">generated</g> script as a backup source.

Is there any utility that you know I can use it to have generated script backups of my <g class="gr_ gr_11 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="11" data-gr-id="11">db</g> by schedule?

    (daily or something like that)

btw I can also write a program which uses console codes to do this (if there are any console codes)

You can use SQL Server Management Studio to backup the databases or even use Maintenance Plans, and using T-SQL is a much simpler and faster approach.

For more detailed and refer the different ways.
