Canceled Granular Restore Takes Up Disk Space

Question

Hi,

I performed a Granular Restore of a site from a backed up content database. Part way through I realized that I probably would not have enough disk space to complete the back. So I canceled the backup. No .cmp files were created but the disk space from the backup was filled up.

Is there a way to clear out the disk space the granular restore took up before the .cmp files were created?

Hi,

If I understand correctly, you canceled the backup action and no .cmp files were created, but disk space reduced. Am I right?

Please make sure that the path you set for the backup to see if there are any files. If yes, please delete them completely.
