How can I copy an excel file and work on the copied file using open xml RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi ,

I am working to create  Excel file using open XML

I have an excel file with headers and styling(Say File A), which is blank.

What I want is to create a copy of the  A to serve as template and then add the data in the copy of file A.

Save the newly created file  preferably in  microsoft sharepoitn 2013 document library or on the  hard disk.

How can i really do that.

Is it possible to open the file directly from  sharepoint library.
