RDP with Azure AD joined Windows 10 unlock the computer RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi community, I have been using Azure AD for a short time and I have encountered a stack of security things.
If I connect to the computer remotely via RDP and log in as an Azure AD user, the computer will be unlocked.
This does not do the standard Active Directory, and the PC remains locked.
I haven't found a way in Azure AD to change this annoying feature to behave like good old Active Directory.
At the moment, anyone who has physical access to the unlocked computer has access to it, and that's not good.

  • Thanks, what you're describing is a connection issue, but I don't have one. In this request, I address the unwanted unlocking of the computer when connected via RDP.

My problem now is that when I connect to my computer remotely, it unlocks and is unlocked. Anyone can do anything on it at that moment, at the same time you can see what I'm doing on the PC via RDP.

This has never happened in classic Active Directory.
I connected to the computer remotely, but it remained locally locked and no one could do anything locally on it or see my work.
