how to get/set/use Translator on my whole webpage

i want to translate the languages using ASP.Net with c# . i have to use translator without using other google or yahoo translator..

i dont know how to use the Globalization and Localization. if any possible to use manually or anyother solution......

plz help me ....

Hi,

Do you mean that you want to create translator like " google translator " in ASP.NET ??

or

You mean to say that you want to make your site multilingual, and you want to convert the text.
