C# utility to copy files from nested folder structure.

I have folder structure like below,
OneA/ TwoA
           TwoB
            TwoC

OneB/ TwoA
          TwoB

OneC/ TwoA
           

and under all TwoA, TwoB, TwoC I have few files. Now I want to create a utility to copy all nested files from parent folder OneA to OneB & OneC.
There is no need to create any directory as they are already created. But OneB & OneC doesn't have any files just folder structure.

To Add in above query:

I have to add files from TwoA or TwoB or TwoC to respect their respective folder in OneB and OneC.
