  • Pass QueryString to NewForm.aspx page through New button in AllItems.aspx page in Sharepoint Designer 2007. Here I don't want to use asp button or hyperlink.

    I have create NewForm.aspx as CustomListForm.

    Is any way we have to fetch querystring from AllItems.aspx and put it into url of new button in the page?

    as you can see url for NewForm.aspx there we have ListID as querystring. there only I need to add ReqID also as querystring. But how can we add it to NewButton in AllItems.aspx page so that it will automatically come in url.

  • javascript or jquery.

    I'm not positive on how to do it in the javascript, but jquery would be simple.

     

    $("#buttonid").attr("href","url");
