help with jquery syntax for selecting text on sharepoint welcome page

Question

I am trying to select some text to use as a variable in a jquery/javascript block on a CEWP.  Can someone please tell me now to pull the text "3025" from the html below?  thankyou.

It does not look like you are developing a Windows store app or using Microsoft code (jQuery is not a Microsoft Resource). You may want to try these forums:
