How can I remove the prerequisite (Visual Basic PowerPack 10) that was automattically downloaded and installed when I deployed my click-once program on the target computer? For testing reasons I want to have the deployment computer have to do the
check and download the prerequisite. This may sound strange but there is a reason to my madness.
