  • I have tried to acquire help via the internal system in BPOS or Microsoft Online Services but it appears to me that the person getting back to me isn't suited up for questions regarding development.

    I'm trying to communicate with our Exchange Online but I'm having some problems accomplishing this.

    Where would be the right place to ask for help about this?
