  • Hi,

    Did you want the steps?

If yes, here are some my idea:

    1.       Create an event receiver handling the page load event

    2.       Find this web part on the page

    3.       Decide the user account to whom this mysite belong through URL.

    4.       Get the user information from the site.

    5.       Set the proper values for the properties of this web part.

    Hope it is helpful!

  • Hi,

There is no OOB way to do it.

You can do some coding on the page where the outlook web parts reside.

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc411726(office.12).aspx

To configure the information of the outlook web parts for my site, I think you can identify the user through the URL. If my site is the one of the current user, the URL is like” http://servername/my/default.aspx, otherwise, the URL is like http://servername/my/Person.aspx?accountname=user account name.

    Hope it is helpful!
