Where is the documentation for the REST CDN API?

Question

The overview of the REST service management API (under "CDN Endpoint Resource") lists a bunch of URLs specific to CDN endpoints, but there are no links.  Where can I find this information?

I think they are not enabled yet for these APIs. You can give the feedback for the page:

Thanks, Qin.  I have left feedback on the documentation page, but I have also put in a support ticket since I think would like a certain answer.  I will post the results back here.

In response to a support ticket, Microsoft said that the "REST API for CDN is not available at this moment, but that [it] is under development and will go to market this year".
