UWP applications that have upgraded to the latest framework "metapackage" will not be able to submit their application to the Windows store. This is caused by an incorrect version of System.Private.Uri being pulled into the package. Further, packages
relying of the presence of clrcompression dll will see crashes at application launch.
You may also see runtime issues caused by a missind clrcompression.dll. This will cause UWP applications to crash on startup with a FileNotFoundException like: System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'clrcompression.dll': The specified module could
not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
While workarounds for both issues are presented, we currently recommend downgrading to the 5.1 metapackage until these issues can be corrected. In order to avoid any extra surprises for UWP developers we have delisted the 5.2 metapackage at this time.
