MEF having issues with CSLA framework RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am using MEF as the framework to getting dlls. Each dll is using CSLA object to get data from database. If we don't CLSA object, then all worked fine. Once we wrapped object with CSLA, then fetching seems failed.

The failure message is on System.ComponentModel.COmpositon.CompositionException.

Do we need to use special dll to get CSLA data back?

    thanks

  • Hi maggie0099,

    Thank you for posting here.

According to your description. Once you wrapped object with CSLA. then fetching seems failed.

According to the exception information. we know Represents the exception that is thrown when one or more errors

occur during composition in a CompositionContainer object.

So, I think the point of problem that is wrap operation. So I would suggest you do not put composition in

    compositionContainer.

    Best Regards,

    Hart

  • Thank you Hart.

The issue has been identified. The problem is someone in the team changed configuration, which set up the csla in remote session, not in local. The service failed and caused fetching failed at all.

    Thank you for your help!

    Best regards,
