Only Server project has built-in localization "Resources" support RRS feed

    In File view of a LS project, I found that only Server Project has built-in resource support, I mean there's Resource tab in project property page. No this built-in support for Client or Common project. LS folks, is there a reason for that?

    The client and common projects are just a flavor of SilverLight projects inside VS.  The resource tab was not supported in a SilverLight project (which has certain dependency on the project system.)

    Because you can add an independent resource file directly into the project, this feature is not essential.
