Activate a State onHover instead of onClick in Sketchflow RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am building a prototype in Sketchflow and need to expose a set of actions when an interface element is hovered over. I am able to accomplish this using states, but when I run the prototype, I have to click to activate the state. How do you activate the state onHover?

  • Click on ActivateStateAction in your Objects & Timeline box. Look over to the Trigger box on the right side. Look at the Event Name dropdown and select MouseEnter. You'll need to set up an action for MouseLeave as well if you want it to behave like a typical hover.
