  • Hi lamtriendong,

As of April 12, 2016, Microsoft will no longer support Microsoft SQL Server 2005. This means that Microsoft will no longer provide automatic fixes, security updates, or online technical assistance for this product. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 will still work for your business, but without proper support, continuing to rely on it will become increasingly risky. Suggest you using a newer version of SQL server, you can get them from SQL Server Versions and Build Numbers.

What is the detailed error message that you got when you connect to SQL server 2005 Express through SSMS?

    Best regards,
    Cathy

  • I have not updated, the program is being used normally, there is a sudden power outage, so this phenomenon occurs. if I install new windows I enter the "sa" account and the password for the two red areas above, the program works normally. If I don't need to reinstall Windows, can I fix something to get it working again ?
