Forcing a column in a table to be smaller RRS feed

  • Hi, Can someone explain how I can force the Term field to be smaller in the table below so that all fields fit. If the Term field ends with ...... that would be ok.

    My example didn't seem to get included. So basically I'm trying to make a field displayed in a table to be smaller so that all of the fields fit. I just don't know how to force a field in a table to be smaller.

    If I understand you correctly, you want to display all the field in it's own field area, right? If so, you might want to try Wrap Text function in Excel to achieve this. See below screenshots:

    One more thing, according to your description, your question is more related to EXCEL. To solve your question more efficiently, you might want to try to post your question in Excel forum below:
