Debugging proxy class RRS feed

    Hi Experts,

      I tried to debug my autogenerated proxy class (Used to generated SVCUTIL) for a WSDL service by removing the [System.Diagnostics.DebuggerStepThroughAttribute()]      atrribute  

     but it is not throwing any expection even if give improper request. 

     Can you please guide to debug the proxy and how the proxy is binding with remote service to my local machine.

    Hi,

    For debuging the proxy class, please try to check the following:

    To easily debug, edit Reference.cs file (generated by Visual Studio) and remove[System.Diagnostics.DebuggerStepThroughAttribute()] attribute from classes you want to debug.

     

     

    It seems that you have done the above, but it still can not help.  I wonder if you have forgot to repeat this operation when updating your service reference. So please try to check it again.
