Unable to have testers to test the app. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a problem where I want to publish a free Winjs based app in Windows store that relies on An paid, subscription based app in the Android market. The prerequisite of using the WinJs app relies on Android app in the Android market.

Problem comes in that, I coudn't provide a 'test' account to tester since a 'test' account can only be made if I already know the Gmail account of tester(give that he has) . In addition, this requires there credit card infomation(Google wallet of some sort) to process the payment of 0$.

My app was rejected due to: unable to provide test account

reason. So my question is, is there any ways around this? Thanks in advance.

  • Hey willie,

Have a look at this post,

Failed as need fb account to use app

If the credit card information is must to start the usage of app, then i think it will fail again, because we cannot provide our credit card details to anyone.

So, better you can get the credit card information at the time of first purchase not at the time of first usage.
