  • My novice question  is about if windows 8 store apps can have access to the whole .net 4.5 class Library
    in case to choose C#/XAML programming.

  • You can use an xml webservice (asmx) or wcf service for sending data to the windows store app.  Another database option you can use locally is lex db

  • not possible 😊 you just have a subset available. best is connect thougj a webservice to your datasource and if you need a local database you can look at sqllite or esent

  • when you said webservice you mean XML Web Service? what about ASP.NET, I think it fit somehow.
    My application needs to connect to a shared hosting  SQL Server, what you suggest to use, if there is
    some tutorials will be much useful.
