How do you create a hyperlink on posting reply?

How do you create a hyperlink on posting reply? No obvious options available.

I simply copy and paste it, e.g. http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/reportabug/threads

If your browser doesn't convert web addresses to hyperlinks when you paste them into the editing window, use the Insert Hyperlink button.

You can use Ctrl + K or toolbar icon in reply editor.
