Am I missing something? If a desktop is running without any touch support, does the user have access to the AppBar? as you have to swipe up to access!Saturday, January 21, 2012 11:42 PM

Move mouse pointer in the left-bottom corner of your screen and you will see Charms Menu

Right mouse button click do the same - shows the ApplicationBar

In addition to using the mouse, WindowsKey + Z will bring up the appbar and WindowsKey + C will bring up the Charms!
