  • Hi,

To start with, you would need to get some data. Namely the servermanager.log (c:\windows\logs) and a user dump for the servermanager crash to analyze. This is the first place to look, however, if these don’t give us enough information, we’ll need to collect more data like IDNA trace and that would definitely take some time to analyze.

Can you send the log files, dump? bill_bo8@hotmail.com

If it runs into a long time to review/analyze you might want to consider openeing a support case.

My suggestion is to see about what options to check out first, here is some info for more in depth level into the problems through support.

There are various support options such as advisory and per issue. Visit the below link to see the various support options that are available to better meet your needs.

  • These are Watson Buckets

    Problemereignisname: CLR20r3
    Problemsignatur 01: mmc.exe
    Problemsignatur 02: 6.0.6002.18005
    Problemsignatur 03:  49e01c0a
    Problemsignatur 04: Microsoft.Windows.ServerManager
    Problemsignatur 05: 6.0.0.0
    Problemsignatur 06: 49e037dd
    Problemsignatur 07: 1e52
    Problemsignatur 08: 55
    Problemsignatur 09: System.ArgumentException
    Betriebsystemversion: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.272.36
    Gebietsschema-ID: 3079

The application crashed because of ArgumentNullException in Microsoft.Windows.ServerManager.dll. The method def that threw the exception was 1e52 and the IL offset in the method that threw the exception was 55.

Here is how to identify the same with the watson bucket without a memory dump.
